As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of experience, my passion lies in empowering women to navigate the complexities of their lives, relationships, and emotional well-being. I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, specializing in trauma and co-occurring disorders. Through my work, I have been honored to support women from diverse backgrounds, including military families, rural communities, and those seeking connection within their Christian faith.
In my journey as a therapist, I’ve come to understand the profound impact of nurturing relationships and the healing power of community. I believe that the paths we take in life—much like cultivating a homestead—can offer rich opportunities for growth and resilience.
